Diana speaks at conferences, offers consultations, and leads workshops internationally. Topics include the tools and processes that help new and forming intentional communities succeed, what helps create more connection and harmony in groups, and governance and decision-making methods in intentional communities and member-led organizations — primarily Sociocracy, also called Dynamic Governance, as well as the N Street Consensus Method.
Diana has the ability to make complex issues simple and clear. From her deep and broad understanding of community dynamics, she teaches effective and harmonious ways for groups to become healthy and thriving, and resolve the typical interpersonal challenges that can arise in any community.
