The Format of the Conference has Changed!

The conference committee has made the difficult decision to change the format of the upcoming Creating Sustainable Communities Conference. Many of our regular conference goers were unable to commit the time to come to a full, three-day conference. For this reason, we are changing the conference to a one-day workshop, led by Diana Leafe Christian.

The theme of the workshop will be similar to that of the conferece, Ways to Create Sustainable Communities. It will be an interactive and exciting session, led by Diana Leafe Christian,¬†renown expert on Creating Sustainable Communities. It will take place on July 26th at Grailville from 9:00 – 5:00. We’ve made the cost $25 with an optional $10 lunch.

Welcome to the Creating Sustainable Communities Conference!

This conference is an invitation to create an abundant world. The focus will be on creating sustainable communities like eco-villages by retrofitting urban and suburban neighborhoods. Sustainable communities place earth and ecology first by limiting human impact, and by honoring the diversity of life and cultures for the benefit of future generations. The purpose of this conference is to empower action with a sense of urgency and hope.

I got an email about this conference, but can’t find any solid details other than the proposed dates. Is it an online conference? How much does it cost? Who are the speakers, and what will their topics be? I’d love to know. Thanks!
